How often do you check your breasts? Do you actually know what you’re looking for when you do it? And did you know that this applies to everyone – regardless of gender?

Whether you call them your breasts, boobs, pecs, chest or something else, everyone has breast tissue. That means anyone can get breast cancer, regardless of gender. Breast tissue runs across your rib cage, up to your collarbone and armpits, and includes your nipples.

Non-profit organisation Know Your Lemons Foundation wants to make sure you know what to check for – and has created a viral infographic to keep you spot any warning signs.
